Welcome to the 13th Floor of the Lagoon Tower. The elevator opens to your personal unit. The view is unbelievable! 360 degree of panoramic views of the water including the bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The large living area is open to a granite and stainless kitchen appliances complete with island seating and a serving bar with an under counter icemaker. This area opens to an amazing large terrace, with a beautiful view of the Gulf and Bay. The 52 Flat Screen Hi defaninition TV offers satellite, free movie channels, Net Flix and Blue Ray. The unit has Broad band WI FI and an Upscale Telescope is placed in the dining room area. The master features views of the Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico, a flat screen TV, a private entrance to the terrace and the master bath features a large luxurious Jacuzzi tub bath with double vanities, a separate shower and your own private toilet area. The second bedroom features two twin beds and private bath that can also be entered through the hallway. The third bedroom features a queen bed and private bath. All bedrooms and living room has a view of the Gulf and Bay.
