The unit has offers high ceilings in the bedrooms, dining area and family room. The living room has a wall mounted flat screen TV over a gas fireplace. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The kitchen is perfect for even the most discerning of Chefs with Sub-Zero Wolf appliances including a gas cook top, double oven with convection microwave and counter depth refrigerator. A front loading washer and dryer with soak sink complete the spacious laundry room. The wet bar includes a wine cooler and ice maker. You can also enjoy access to the private, Gulf Front balcony from both the Living Room and Master Bedroom.
