When you arrive in Aspen, you should check in at the 24-hour check-in desk located onsite at The Inn at Aspen. While you are there, we would be pleased to answer any questions you may have about your accommodations, as well as activities and events in the area.

To help ease your check-in process, the following are answers to some Frequently Asked Questions:

Where do I check-in & pick up my keys?

All guests check in at the 24-hour reception desk located at The Inn at Aspen. You can get detailed driving directions on our Getting Here page. In addition, detailed instructions will be sent with your Confirmation.

What are your hours of operation?

The check-in and reception desk at The Inn at Aspen is open 24 hours.

Can I have luggage shipped prior to my arrival?

Yes, we recommend High Country Shipping. High Country Shipping will deliver your luggage directly to your accommodations. You will need to advise them of your arrival date and which unit you are staying in.

Does my accommodation have wireless Internet? What is the charge?

All guests at The Inn at Aspen enjoy complimentary in-room wireless Internet access. The onsite Business Center also offers complimentary Internet access for guests.

Does my accommodation have air conditioning? A fireplace?

Each of the hotel rooms and suites at The Inn at Aspen includes air conditioning. Accommodations at The Inn at Aspen do not include fireplaces. There are fireplaces in the Tiehack Room and Station Room meeting rooms only.

Does this particular property have elevators?

No, The Inn at Aspen does not have an elevator.

Does the complex I'm staying at have a pool/hot tub?

Yes, The Inn at Aspen features an outdoor pool and common-area hot tub.

Whom should I contact if I have questions during my stay?

Our staff is happy to answer any questions you may have during your stay with us at The Inn at Aspen. We can be reached at (970) 925-3900.

Can I stay later than 11:00am on the day I check out?

Although we cannot guarantee late check-outs, please call (844) 997-8727 the day before your departure to see if it's possible. In the event that a late check-out is not possible, we may be able to arrange luggage storage at your check-in location, although space is limited.

What do I do with my keys when I depart?

You may leave your keys in the room on the day that you depart. However, we do require that you call to advise our Front Desk staff that you have left the room.

Does The Inn at Aspen offer free breakfast?

No complimentary breakfast is provided at The Inn at Aspen. However, the onsite McKenney's at The Inn restaurant is open seasonally for breakfast, lunch, dinner and aprés.

Do you accommodate pets?

No, we do not accept pets in any of our units.

What is Vacation Rental Insurance?

The purpose of Vacation Rental Insurance is to provide protection for travelers against the unique risks associated with travel.
