When you arrive in Aspen, you will pick up your Check-In Package and keys at your Check-In Location. While you are there, we would be pleased to answer any questions you may have about your accommodations, as well as activities and events in the area.

To help ease your Check-In process, the following is a list of Frequently Asked Questions:

Where do I check-in & pick up my keys?

Where you pick up your keys will vary based on the location of your accommodations, please consult our Check-In Directions. In addition, you will receive detailed instructions sent with your Confirmation.

What are your hours of operation?

ResortQuest has 3 locations in the Aspen/Snowmass area, each with different hours of operation. The Inn at Aspen is open 24-hours; our Aspen office is open from 8am - 8pm during summer & winter high seasons, and 8am - 5pm during shoulder seasons; our Snowmass Village office is open from 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, during the winter only.

What do we do if we arrive after-hours?

If you arrive outside of the hours for your Check-In location, there is a late arrival security box where you can pick up your information. To receive instructions and combination to lock box, it is important to contact us by calling (970) 925-3900 or by email at AspenInfo@ResortQuest.com.

Can I have luggage shipped prior to my arrival?

Yes, we recommend High Country Shipping. High Country Shipping will deliver your luggage directly to your accommodations. You will need to advise them of your arrival date, and unit you are staying in.

Does my accommodation have wireless internet? What is the charge?

Approximately 80% of ResortQuest Aspen's accommodations have wireless internet access. If yours does, it will be listed in the description on our website. There is no charge for wireless internet access with ResortQuest Aspen or the Inn at Aspen. If you have not yet booked your accommodations, you can use our advanced search by Amenity to select properties which offer free wireless internet.

Does my accommodation have air conditioning? A fireplace?

If air conditioning or a fireplace is present in a unit, it will be listed in it's description on the website. If you have not yet booked your accommodations, you can use our advanced search by Amenity to select properties which have air conditioning or fireplaces.

Does this particular property have Elevators?

The only properties that have elevators are Concept 600 in Aspen and Capital Peak in Snowmass.

Does the complex I'm staying at have a pool/hot tub?

If your accommodations have access to a pool or hot tub (common or private), it will be listed in it's description on the website. If you have not yet booked your accommodations, you can use our advanced search by Amenity to select properties which have either common area or private hot tubs, or a pool.

Who should I contact if I have questions during my stay?

Our staff is happy to answer any questions you may have during your stay with us in Aspen, Snowmass, or at the Inn at Aspen. We can be reached at (970) 925-3900.

Can I stay later than 10am (or 11am for guests of the Inn at Aspen) on the day I check-out?

Although we can't guarantee late checkouts, please call (800) 222-7736 the day before your departure to see if it's possible. In the event that a late check-out is not possible, we may be able to arrange luggage storage at your check-in location, although space is limited.

What do I do with my keys when I depart?

You can leave your keys in the room on the day that you depart. We do require that you call to advise our Front Desk staff that you have left the unit.

Is there complimentary breakfast at the Inn?

Yes, guests staying at the Inn at Aspen are offered a complimentary breakfast buffet.

Do you accommodate pets?

No, we love pets as much as you do, but unfortunately, we do not accept pets in any of our units.

What is Vacation Rental Insurance?

The purpose of Vacation Rental Insurance is to provide protection for travelers against the unique risks associated with travel.
