We employ exceptional onsite staff at all of our properties, from the General Manager and concierge to housekeeping and maintenance. We maintain a front desk at each of our complexes, and we have an in-house landscaping team. By promoting a stable, safe, healthy and secure work environment for our employees, we are able to attract and retain the best in the industry. In fact, our property management hospitality staff tenure averages 11 years with us.

Four full-time refurbishing coordinators assist Homeowners with unit renovations. Our in-house refurbishing department takes care of the entire process, whether it’s a simple refresh or a complete remodel.

Controllers and accountants in The Resort Company’s accounting departments assist Homeowners with all aspects of property management, accounting and financial planning.
