Dan Kent graduated from Texas A&M with a history degree in 1994. Dan worked in kitchens throughout college and after discovering the job prospects available for history majors, he went on to get his degree in culinary arts from Johnson and Wales University. Dan moved to Colorado in 1997 and has worked at and helped open some of the best restaurants in the Vail Valley. He joined the Charter team as in 2010. Dan enjoys biking, hiking, and spending time with his wife, Allison, son, Wyatt, and their two dogs.
