Kim Wilson moved to the Vail Valley from Miami, Florida where she taught mentally challenged young adults for 10 years.  In 1993 she began assisting owners and guests at the Charter at Beaver Creek as Assistant Front Office Manger. In her current position as Refurbishment Coordinator for the Charter, Kim assists with all aspects of condominium renovations and improvements. She works closely with owners and vendors to maintain and update the units.  Kim loves living in the mountains and takes advantage of all that it has to offer. As a nice change, she visits a family cottage on the coast of Maine a few times a year which offers a great balance.
