Two wonderful restaurants are located on property for overnight guests, meeting attendees, and visitors dropping in from Beaver Creek Village or stopping by off the slopes. More restaurants are located in the nearby Village, as well as a wealth of shopping opportunities. Vending machines are located on the Lower Lobby Level in the Game Room.

Black Diamond Bistro

One of Beaver Creek’s newest restaurants, Black Diamond Bistro is a perfect place to enjoy dinner with friends or family. The Bistro serves contemporary American fare in a friendly and relaxed setting, surrounded by breathtaking views of Beaver Creek. Guests can also stop by the bar for après, to grab a burger or to watch the big game.

The Terrace Restaurant

Situated at the base of The Charter’s grand staircase, The Terrace Restaurant offers sweeping views of Beaver Creek Mountain and Village. The all-natural items on the hot and cold breakfast buffet offer something for every taste. Our chef uses only the freshest products available, including fresh fruits, all-natural breakfast meats and cage-free egg dishes, to ensure healthy and delicious mountain dining. Enjoy breakfast in the comfortable dining room or on the outdoor patio during summer months.

Snack Bar

The Charter Snack Bar is located at the indoor and outdoor pool in the Health Club. The Snack Bar offers homemade soup, salad and sandwiches, as well as hot dogs, chips, granola bars and fruit. Hot and cold beverages are available, and s’mores kits for the fire pit may be purchased here.
