Meetings & Events at The Charter

The six finely appointed meeting rooms at The Charter at Beaver Creek serve as ideal facilities for executive board meetings, conferences banquets, and wedding receptions for up to 150 people. Our professional onsite staff deliver personalized attention to each group. We provide audio/visual services, and complimentary wireless Internet access is available throughout the property, including all meeting spaces and Guest Rooms. A Computer Center on the Lower Lobby Level offers three computers for guest use, complimentary Internet access and complimentary printing.

Our professional Conference Services and Banquet Staff can assist with event planning and catering services. The Charter at Beaver Creek offers extensive catering menu options to accommodate group requests, with quality cuisine prepared by our Executive Chef. Additional options for onsite dining at The Charter include The Terrace Restaurant and Black Diamond Bistro. Guests can even grab a quick sandwich to go from the Health Club snack bar.

Seibert, Chart and Larson Meeting Rooms — Lower Lobby Level

The Seibert Room is the largest meeting room at The Charter. This flexible space allows the option of using the entire 2,250 square feet as a single large room or using a curtain divider to separate the space into two distinct meeting areas. Larger banquets and general session meetings are a perfect fit, as the fluorescent, canned and wall sconce lighting options are easily adapted to suit any occasion.

The Larson Room is conveniently located in the same hallway with the Seibert Room making it an ideal setting for a smaller meeting or break-out from a general session meeting.

The Chart Room is one of our most versatile rooms. This room offers an intimate executive boardroom setting for up to 14 people, in addition to providing the perfect atmosphere for a welcome cocktail reception or hospitality suite. When opened to adjoin the Seibert Room, this is a convenient location for breakfast, coffee breaks or a break-out session.

Board Room, Parker Room and The Terrace — Lower Lobby Level

The Board Room is conveniently located in the center of the property. At 527 square feet, its traditional boardroom atmosphere makes this space an excellent location for small business meetings and presentations.

The Parker Room, at 851 square feet, offers an ideal location for banquets or business meetings, with easy access to break-out sessions in the adjoining Board Room. The Parker Room can accommodate as few as 32 people in a U-Shape configuration or as many as 120 guests for a Reception.

The Terrace Restaurant features spectacular views of Beaver Creek Mountain. This flexible space is the second largest event space at The Charter, and it is available for private lunch and dinner functions. The Terrace Patio, which provides another 1,064 square feet of meeting space, offers a memorable outdoor setting for luncheons and cocktail receptions.

Leonard Room & Foyer — Level 1

The Leonard Room features exterior arched windows, inviting the mountain air and sunlight to energize meetings held in this space. The room offers flexible lighting and can be darkened to meet audio-visual needs.

The Leonard Foyer features an open, four-story atrium. The Foyer is ideal for pre-meeting breakfasts, coffee breaks or catered lunches and also has outdoor access to a landscaped patio and the front entrance to The Charter at Beaver Creek.
