Guests staying at The Borders Lodge or The Charter at Beaver Creek should check in on site at the property. Each of our private residences has a lockbox on site, and instructions on how to access the lockbox will be communicated to those guests prior to arrival.
Driving Directions
Getting to Beaver Creek, Colorado by car is easy. Beaver Creek is located in the central Rocky Mountains of Colorado, just 120 miles west of Denver and 25 miles east of Eagle. Interstate 70 is a scenic and direct route into Beaver Creek from just about anywhere.
From Denver International Airport to Beaver Creek
- Take Pena Boulevard from the airport 10 miles to Interstate 70 West (towards Grand Junction).
- Stay on I-70 West approximately 120 miles to Exit 167 (Avon).
- Turn left (south) through the first roundabout, under I-70 on Avon Road.
- Continue South on Avon Road through the next 4 roundabouts to the Main Entrance of Beaver Creek Resort.
- Stop at the Beaver Creek Resort Welcome Gate to receive a resort visitor pass.
From Eagle-Vail County Airport to Beaver Creek
- From the airport access road, turn right onto US Highway 6. You will be heading east.
- Proceed into the roundabout, and follow the signs to I-70 East.
- Proceed on I-70 East about 20-25 minutes to Exit 167 (Avon).
- At the bottom of the exit, take a right around the roundabout. You will be heading south.
- Continue straight through the next 4 roundabouts to the Main Entrance of Beaver Creek Resort.
- Stop at the Beaver Creek Resort Welcome Gate to receive a resort visitor pass.

- Pick up a resort visitor pass at the Welcome Gate, and then proceed on Village Road for 2 miles.
- Pass under the Elkhorn ski lift and continue past Offerson Road.
- The driveway for The Borders Lodge will be on the right.
