Park Place is ideally located one block from historic Main Street, Breckenridge and directly across the street from the Riverwalk Center and the Blue River. The Breckenridge Free Shuttle stop is directly across the street which will take you to the many ski base areas. All guests of Park Place also enjoy the added luxury of the complimentary ResortQuest on-call guest shuttle that will take you anywhere in Breckenridge. These comfortably decorated units feature open main living and dining area. The kitchens are fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils and dinnerware. Park Place guests also have access to the Upper Village pool, a short walk or shuttle ride away, which has an indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, changing rooms, and a relaxing sun tanning area. Free Ride to the Slopes: The free skier shuttle the most convenient way to get to the slopes and stops directly across the street from Park Place, or grab a ride on the ResortQuest private shuttle.
The Breckenridge Ski Resort boasts 4 huge peaks spanning 2,358 acres, runs for all abilities and interests. Every beginner and intermediate trail is groomed nightly so you can enjoy endless turns throughout your day. Or, ride North America's highest chairlift, the Imperial Express, up to the high alpine bowls for unforgettable views and steeps. If you're looking for terrain parks, Breckenridge has five...one for every skill level. After a long day of skiing and riding on Breckenridge's four huge peaks, wander into town for dinner. Main Street is a short walk from Elk Ridge, or take the complimentary on call shuttle.
There are 61 restaurants in the town of Breckenridge. The ResortQuest shuttle can take you to the middle of town for a fabulous dinner and wine selections at Modis. Or journey on foot to the Pizza Parlour for fantastic homemade pizza. Traveling with your family? Dine at Downstairs at Eric's for homemade food and a game arcade. If you are looking for late night fun, a short walk or the complimentary shuttle can take you to Main Street for dancing at Cecelia's, an Irish toast at Napper Tandy's Pub or a martini and some jazz at the Blue River Bistro. An assortment of unique jewelry boutiques, casual-wear shops and souvenir stores line Main Street Breck. At the corner of Ski Hill and Main Street is Goods, where you will find winter wear and shoes you won't find anywhere else.
There are unique jewelry shops, like Breckenridge Jewelers on the south side. Step into Cabin Fever in the center of town on Main for souvenirs. And, of course, you must return with a t-shirt from one of the numerous shops, like Mountain Tees. Breckenridge also has a fabulous arts district, in the center of town, displaying art from many of the gifted locals as well as well-known artists from around the world. If you time your trip right, you may arrive for one of Breckenridge's world class events. The International Snow Sculpting Championships are held each January and are located just one block from Elk Ridge at the Riverwalk Center.
Gaze as sculptors from around the globe carve giant masterpieces out of 20-ton blocks of snow. Also at the Riverwalk Center are plays, comedy shows and concerts including performances from the National Repertory Orchestra. Or come for Oktoberfest when Main Street is closed off for fun, dancing and beer! In June, the Breckenridge Festival of Film hosts filmmakers and celebrities from around the world. There is also the Great Rubber Duck Race, Breckenridge Wine Festival, Breckenridge Beer Festivals and the world famous Ullr Fest in January.
