The spacious units at Tyra I have gained a reputation as one of the most requested properties in Breckenridge due to its prime ski-in/ski-out location and quiet setting. Just steps to the Four O'Clock Ski Run and the Snowflake lift, guests enjoy the thrill of skiing nearly to their back door. In the summer, acres of forested hiking and mountain bike trails are also easily accessed. Guests also have the convenience of a complimentary door-to-door guest shuttle, underground parking garage and the Tyra Clubhouse, featuring an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, showers and changing rooms. This ResortQuest two-bedroom condominium was built in 1981, and has a newly updated kitchen. It covers 1,200 square feet on a single level located on the second floor of the building. The private deck affords beautiful views of the 4 O'Clock ski run, with access to the Tyra Clubhouse with indoor pool and hot tub just steps away. Guests will enjoy the convenience of a washer/dryer and gas fireplace with sitting hearth next to a Flat Screen TV. Bedding includes a king bed in the master and Captain Bunk beds plus a twin in the guest bedroom. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with a plush air mattress top for added comfort. This unit sleeps 6 adults comfortably but has the ability to sleep 8 people total.
