The free transit system is the most convenient way to get to the slopes and stops directly across the street from Cimarron. There are numerous chairlifts that will take you to all parts of the mountain including the challenging double black diamond Imperial Bowl at almost 13,000 feet. If you time your trip right, you may arrive for one of Breckenridge's world class events. The International Snow Sculpting Championships are held each January and are located right across the street at the Riverwalk Center. Gaze as sculptors from around the globe carve giant masterpieces out of 20-ton blocks of snow. Also at the Riverwalk Center are plays, comedy shows and concerts including performances from the National Repertory Orchestra.
