From studios to two-bedroom units with lofts, Der Steiermark has a long tradition of providing terrific value and an excellent location. The quaint Der Steiermark Condominiums are located on Park Avenue on the south side of Breckenridge. The base of Peak 9 including the new Quicksilver Super6 Chairlift, are directly across the street, providing easy access to the slopes. If you time your trip right, you may arrive for one of Breckenridge's world class events. The International Snow Sculpting Championships are held each January and are located just one block from Elk Ridge at the Riverwalk Center.

Gaze as sculptors from around the globe carve giant masterpieces out of 20-ton blocks of snow. Also at the Riverwalk Center are plays, comedy shows and concerts including performances from the National Repertory Orchestra.
