Main Street Junction is conveniently located directly on historic Main Street, on the south side of Breckenridge within walking distance to the lifts and on the free town shuttle route. Although you can walk to almost anywhere you wish to go, guests can call the ResortQuest on-demand shuttle service which will pick you up at your front door and take you to your destination. This guest shuttle provides door to door transportation to any location in Breckenridge, including historic Main Street and the new gondola at the base of Peak 7.

A short walk across the street will bring you to the base area of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver Chair. Here's a local's tip: Peak 9 is the least crowded of all of the areas of Breckenridge Ski Mountain and has runs and terrain parks for every level. The ResortQuest complimentary guest shuttle also provides door to door transportation to the new Gondola at the base of Peak 7. At the end of your ski day you can take easy green runs, like Lower American, Lower Lehman and Silverthorne to the very bottom where you can take your short walk back home! Main Street Junction offers spacious living areas and a variety of floor plans certain to suit any tastes. Beautifully furnished one, two and three bedroom units feature a private bathroom for every bedroom, nine foot ceilings throughout, gas fireplaces with natural moss-rock complimented by Colorado sandstone hearths and heavy timber mantles, private balconies or patios for each residence and large, gourmet kitchens with slate flooring and custom-crafted cabinetry. There are unique jewelry shops, like Breckenridge Jewelers on the south side. Step into Cabin Fever in the center of town on Main for souvenirs. And, of course, you must return with a t-shirt from one of the numerous shops, like Mountain Tees. Breckenridge also has a fabulous arts district, in the center of town, displaying art from many of the gifted locals as well as well-known artists from around the world. If you time your trip right, you may arrive for one of Breckenridge's world class events. The International Snow Sculpting Championships are held each January and are located just one block from Elk Ridge at the Riverwalk Center.

Gaze as sculptors from around the globe carve giant masterpieces out of 20-ton blocks of snow. Also at the Riverwalk Center are plays, comedy shows and concerts including performances from the National Repertory Orchestra. Or come for Oktoberfest when Main Street is closed off for fun, dancing and beer! In June, the Breckenridge Festival of Film hosts filmmakers and celebrities from around the world. There is also the Great Rubber Duck Race, Breckenridge Wine Festival, Breckenridge Beer Festivals and the world famous Ullr Fest in January.
