An easy 7-minute walk takes you to the high-speed Quicksilver Super Six Chairlift, or you can walk to the quaint shops and restaurants of downtown Breckenridge in just 5 minutes. ResortQuest's complimentary on-call shuttle will whisk you to the best ski lifts, making hitting the slopes even easier.

A 7 minute walk down the street will bring you to the base area of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver Chair. Peak 9 is the least crowded of all of the areas of Breckenridge Ski Mountain and has runs and terrain parks for every level. The ResortQuest complimentary guest shuttle also provides door to door transportation to the new Gondola at the base of Peak 7.

At the end of your ski day you can take easy green runs, like Lower American, Lower Lehman and Silverthorne to the very bottom where you can take your short walk back home! Or, if you are feeling tired from you long day on skis, simply call the ResortQuest shuttle for a quick pick up!

Skiing and riding on the four huge peaks at Breckenridge is sure to work up an appetite. Luckily, the Town of Breckenridge hosts 61 restaurants within steps of your front door, plus many on-hill eateries. Within short walking distance to Village Point is The Breckenridge Brewery for warm comfort food and beer that is brewed right on site. For breakfast, you MUST go to the Blue Moose, a local's favorite known for fresh food and large portions.

An assortment of unique jewelry boutiques, casual-wear shops and souvenir stores line Main Street Breck. It will be worth the walk to arrive at the outdoor La Cima Mall. You will find everything there from winter clothing to mountain decor shops, Alpine Salon and Spa and souvenir shops. There are also great restaurants and bars like Burke and Riley's Irish Pub and Cecelia's for late night dancing and martinis. Breckenridge also boasts a fabulous arts district in the center of town, displaying art from the gifted locals, as well as many well-known artists from around the world.

If you time your trip right, you may arrive for one of Breckenridge's world-class events. The International Snow Sculpting Championships is hosted within a ten minute walk along the path to the Riverwalk Center. Or visit during Oktoberfest right on Main Street. There is also the Breckenridge Festival of Film in June, hosted in part by ResortQuest. The Great Rubber Duck Race and Breckenridge Wine Festival on Labor Day Weekend are held at the Main Street Station Plaza, which is two blocks from The Village Point Townhomes. The Breckenridge Beer Festivals are also held there in April and July. If you visit mid-January, do not miss the world-famous Ullr Fest with parades and week long parties.
