This exclusive mountain home, newly constructed in 2002 is ski-in/ski-out from the base of the Snowflake Lift. The home is a total 4000 square feet and includes a loft for additional living space. On the garden level there is a spacious and comfortable family room with wet bar and moss rock fireplace. The main level includes additional fireplace, massive great room, gourmet kitchen, laundry room, and mud room with plenty of space for all ski equipment. Deck with private hot tub is located practically on top of the ski run. Other magnificent features include hardwood flooring, slate tile and custom cabinetry. The decadent master suite features a jetted tub, gas fireplace and queen bed. Additional bedding includes a queen in the guest room, a king in the third bedroom, a queen in the fourth bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in both the loft and the living room.
