The spacious units at Tyra I have gained a reputation as one of the most requested properties in Breckenridge due to its prime ski-in/ski-out location and quiet setting. Just steps to the Four O'Clock Ski Run and the Snowflake lift, guests enjoy the thrill of skiing nearly to their back door. In the summer, acres of forested hiking and mountain bike trails are also easily accessed. Guests also have the convenience of a complimentary door-to-door guest shuttle, underground parking garage and the Tyra Clubhouse, featuring an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, showers and changing rooms.
This spacious two bedroom condominium built in 1981 spans 1,200 square feet on a single level located on the first floor of the building. This ResortQuest unit was newly remodeled in the spring of 2007, including plush leather sofas in the living area, tile flooring in the kitchen and upgraded bedding in the master suite. Enjoy balcony views of the ski run, as well as a gas fireplace and private washer/dryer. Bedding includes a king bed in the master, a Captain bunk bed in the guest bedroom and a futon in the living area.
