The spacious units at Tyra I have gained a reputation as one of the most requested properties in Breckenridge due to its prime ski-in/ski-out location and quiet setting. Just steps to the Four O'Clock Ski Run and the Snowflake lift, guests enjoy the thrill of skiing nearly to their back door. In the summer, acres of forested hiking and mountain bike trails are also easily accessed. Guests also have the convenience of a complimentary door-to-door guest shuttle, underground parking garage and the Tyra Clubhouse, featuring an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, showers and changing rooms. This ResortQuest two bedroom condominium spans 1,200 square feet on a single level and is located on the second floor of the building. Guests will appreciate the convenience of elevator access. The unit, built in 1981, features a sunny balcony with view of the ski run, private washer/dryer, gas fireplace and full kitchen. Bedding includes a king bed in the master, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen futon in the living area.
