The spacious units at Tyra I have gained a reputation as one of the most requested properties in Breckenridge due to its prime ski-in/ski-out location and quiet setting. In the summer, acres of forested hiking and mountain bike trails are also easily accessed. This spacious two bedroom ResortQuest condominium spans 1,200 square feet on a single level located on the second floor of the building. The unit, built in 1981, affords a balcony with partial mountain and forest views, as well as a gas fireplace, private washer/dryer and full kitchen.
