The spacious units at Tyra I have gained a reputation as one of the most requested properties in Breckenridge due to its prime ski-in/ski-out location and quiet setting. Just steps to the Four O'Clock Ski Run and the Snowflake lift, guests enjoy the thrill of skiing nearly to their back door. In the summer, acres of forested hiking and mountain bike trails are also easily accessed. Guests also have the convenience of a complimentary door-to-door guest shuttle, underground parking garage and the Tyra Clubhouse, featuring an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, showers and changing rooms. This ResortQuest two-bedroom condominium is a total of 1,600 square feet and can comfortably sleep up to ten people. The two-level unit was built in 1981 and is located on the third floor of the building with convenient elevator access. Additional amenities include a balcony with beautiful views of the ski run, private washer/dryer, gas fireplace and full remodeled kitchen. Bedding includes a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, two bunk beds in the loft and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area.
