Tyra II enjoys a premier location right across the street from the Snowflake Chairlift and ski-in/ski-out access from the Four O'Clock Ski Run. Guests enjoy the thrill of skiing nearly to their back door. In the summer, acres of forested hiking and mountain bike trails are at your fingertips. Additional amenities include a full-service ski shop just downstairs, a common Clubhouse with two indoor hot tubs and one outdoor hot tub and complimentary guest shuttle (ski shop and indoor tubs available during winter season only). All units have private balconies or patios and some offer loft options for added living space. This spacious ResortQuest two-bedroom condominium is 1,140 square feet on single level located on the second floor of the building. Built in 1992, it is directly across from the Snowflake Lift with a true ski-in/ski-out location. Step out on balcony to cook out on gas grill or to take in views of the mountains and the Four O' Clock ski run. Enjoy the private washer/dryer and cozy gas fireplace with river stone surround. The master suite affords a queen bed and the added luxury of a jetted tub. Additional bedding includes two twins and two trundle beds in the guest room, as well as a queen sofa sleeper in the living area.
