The spacious units at Tyra I have gained a reputation as one of the most requested properties in Breckenridge due to its prime ski-in/ski-out location and quiet setting. Just steps to the Four O'Clock Ski Run and the Snowflake lift, guests enjoy the thrill of skiing nearly to their back door. In the summer, acres of forested hiking and mountain bike trails are also easily accessed. Guests also have the convenience of a complimentary door-to-door guest shuttle, underground parking garage and the Tyra Clubhouse, featuring an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, showers and changing rooms.
This beautiful ResortQuest three bedroom plus loft condominium was built in 1981. It covers 1,600 square feet throughout 2 levels located on the third floor of the building. The vaulted ceilings make you feel like you are in a penthouse. The private balcony overlooks the 4 O'Clock ski run as well as the mountain bike terrain park which is somewhat hidden in the trees. The balcony seating is perfect for relaxing after a great day or watch skiiers and riders make their way down the run. The entryway has plenty of room for skis, snowboards, boots and jackets. Access to the Tyra Clubhouse with indoor pool and hot tub just steps away. Guests will enjoy the convenience of a washer/dryer right next to the beautifully remodeled kitchen and large gas fireplace. There are 2 master suites in this unit, both with king beds. Bedding includes a King in the master, King in the 2nd bedroom, a queen in the third bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper in the loft, and a twin sleeper sofa in the loft. The master bathroom has a large, very updated and inviting Steam Shower.
