The home has three levels. The lower level of the home has a separate family room that boasts a pool table, kitchenette (microwave, sink and mini-fridge), tv and couches for extra seating. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on this level, and extra sleeping with two roll-away beds located in the closet. Each bedroom and the common area have access to the deck and hot tub located on this level. The main level houses the living room and kitchen. The living room has a gas fireplace and television, and connects to the dining area. The dining area will accommodate 8 people at the dinner table, and an additional 5 people at the breakfast bar. The kitchen boasts stainless appliances, granite counter tops and a large chef's range.


This home boasts a large master bedroom suite on the third level. This suite has an adjoining master bathroom that includes a jetted tub, flat screen TV, king bed, balcony double-sided gas fireplace that connects to an adjoining sitting area with couch.
