Los Pinos C-21 Home Features :
Los Pinos is a beautiful complex in a wooded setting just a short distance from the Snowflake lift. These nicely furnished units have access to a common hot tub and meeting room facilities. Most units have a gas fireplace, jacuzzi tub in the master bath, balcony, private washer/dryer and private garage. Simply walk a short 2 blocks to the Snowflake Lift for skiing or head to the free shuttle stop and visit Main Street for the many shops and restaurants. ResortQuest also offers a complimentary guest shuttle!
This three bedroom ResortQuest unit at Los Pinos was built in 1998. With an in-room washer and dryer, gas fireplace, jetted tub in the master bathroom, internet access and 1-car private garage, you are sure to feel right at home. There is a fully equipped and spacious kitchen with all the comforts you are used to. Guests enjoy access to the Upper Village hot tub and pool. Bedding includes a king in the master, a queen in the second bedroom and a captain bunk bed in the third bedroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping spaces.
This unique home is located just minutes from downtown Breckenridge with access to shopping, restaurants, ski slopes and trails. Leave your car at the home in the one-car garage, and utilize the ResortQuest complimentary guest shuttle.
