Tyra II enjoys a premier location across the street from the Snowflake Chairlift and ski-in/ski-out access from the Four O'Clock Ski Run. Guests enjoy the thrill of skiing nearly to their back door. In the summer, acres of forested hiking and mountain bike trails are at your fingertips. Additional amenities include a full-service ski shop, a common Clubhouse with two indoor hot tubs and one outdoor hot tub , a common BBQ grill, and complimentary guest shuttle (ski shop and indoor tubs available during winter season only). All units have private balconies or patios and some offer loft options for added living space. This beautifully decorated ResortQuest four-bedroom condominium has two levels covering 1,550 square feet of living area and was built in 1991. The living area is highlighted by a gas fireplace and large windows. Guests will appreciate the convenience of a private washer/dryer, full kitchen and three bathrooms. Step out to the small balcony for scenic town views. Bedding includes a queen bed in the master, two twin beds in the second, third and fourth bedrooms and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area.
