Presented by Dillon Ridge Liquors and Keystone Resort, the two day fete begins on Friday evening with the legendary patron/sponsor party— The Winemaker's Dinner at the Keystone Ranch Restaurant. The Keystone Ranch Restaurant lives up to its reputation of being a AAA, Four Diamond™ restaurant, Wine Spectator DiRoNa winner, and has been recognized as the Best Restaurant in Colorado by the prestigious Zagat Survey®. Start with fine champagne and hors d'oeuvres by the fireplace in the warm, rustic elegance of this original 1930's ranch homestead. Genius Head Chef Steve Vlass will demonstrate an exquisite balance of flavors and textures paired with exquisite reserve wines and a spectacular five course dining experience. On Saturday, you'll want to dress to the nines and strike a pose as you glide down the red carpet, past the flashing cameras of the paparazzi and into the grand ballroom at this year's International Wine and Gourmet Food Tasting. Tinseltown has come to Keystone where our celebrity guests will enjoy 500 plus wines, gourmet food, entertainment, outstanding chocolates, silent and live auctions and dancing. Wine in the Pines was founded 29 years ago by Mike and Margaret Smith, owners of Dillon Ridge Liquors in Summit County. Their vision was to create an event to help people like their daughter Kelly, who has Cerebral Palsy. Named after Kelly, CP of Colorado’s Employment Works program located in the Kelly Smith Employment Center, headquarters in Denver. CP of Colorado’s Employment Works program reached 3492 people with disabilities last year across the state. The center helps everyone, regardless of ability reach their potential through job training, benefit planning and other services. Employment Works is dedicated to helping individuals with challenges and barriers become self-sufficient and independent through meaningful employment. Cerebral Palsy of Colorado serves over 42,000 people statewide with a wide variety of abilities through early education, statewide family support and referral services and the employment program. |
