This 470 square foot studio is one of the best values available. Bedding includes a queen murphy bed which allows for more living area space when the bed is not being used. In addition, there is a set of bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa for added bedding. The unit comes with a humidifier and includes a kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, warming plate and microwave, and offers beautiful mountain views.

The Gateway building sits literally at the entrance of the River Run Village and with it's own great amenities right on site. Gateway is only two blocks to the chairlifts, dining and shopping at River Run, but the building includes an Aveda Day Spa, liquor store and restaurant/sports bar with all-day service. The massive cedar timbers, stucco siding and mountain stone create a rugged yet elegant feel. These comfortable studio condominiums have the added convenience of an on-site indoor pool and hot tubs and fitness center.
