On the main floor is a spacious kitchen & living room. The kitchen is appointed with many professional appliances and has granite countertops. This townhome features a cozy fireplace and a back deck.
The lower level offers a wet bar, game room with a billiard table, game table and a private hot tub on the patio. This townhome also includes a private garage. Additional in-unit amenities include TV/DVD player and washer and dryer.
