Alan Koermer is a General Manager for ResortQuest Steamboat and has lived in the Yampa Valley for 15 years. Alan moved to Steamboat Springs in 1997 after graduating from the University of Denver with a double major in Political Science and Environmental Science. He went on to attend Colorado Mountain College where he earned a degree in Resort Management. Alan holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations from the Community Association Institute. Prior to joining ResortQuest, Alan worked for Wyndham Vacation Ownership as the Assistant Resort Manager of the Village of Steamboat.
