This upscale, luxury, three-level Cascades townhome affords the utmost privacy for vacationing families or small groups. Ideal for apres ski entertaining, this professionally decorated townhome features an expansive living/dining room appointed with deluxe furnishings, vaulted ceilings and gas log fireplace. There is a fully-equipped, top-quality kitchen (outfitted with oven, dishwasher, microwave) with a breakfast bar. This townhome is equipped with 5 flat screen TVs, a DVD, stereo and free wifi Internet. Each residence is complete with a washer and dryer (detergent provided), redwood deck and private two-car heated garage. The Steamboat Ski Area gondola is only three blocks away.In the winter this townhome features a private hot tub.
The Master Bedroom, located on the main level of the townhome, features a King bed and attached bathroom with double sinks and a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Both are located on the upper level with a shared bathroom. The lower level of the home features the fourth bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds and a second living area features a Queen sleeper sofa.
The amenities and services available for Cascades at EagleRidge guests include use of the community hot tubs, housekeeping services, bellman service (winter) and free use of ResortQuest's private on-call, door to door winter shuttle service.
