This upscale, luxury, three-level Cascades townhome affords the utmost privacy for vacationing families or small groups. Ideal for apres ski entertaining, this professionally decorated townhome features an expansive living/dining room appointed with deluxe furnishings, vaulted ceilings and gas log fireplace. The property has all the amenities of home - cable TV with DVD players in every room. You can access the secured, high-speed wifi through your laptop or use the in-unit computer/printer to stay connected or print your boarding passes. And Vonage service is available for free calls anywhere in the US and Canada. There is a fully-equipped, top-quality kitchen (outfitted with oven, dishwasher, microwave) and a breakfast bar. Each residence is complete with a washer and dryer (detergent provided), redwood deck and private two-car heated garage. The Steamboat Ski Area gondola is only three blocks away.
The Master Bedroom, located on the upper level of the home, features a King bed and attached Master bath. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third has two twin beds. Both are located on the lower level of the home and have a shared bath. There are also two twin beds located in the loft area. Two of the twin beds can be converted to a King bed upon request.
The amenities and services available for Cascades at EagleRidge guests include use of the community hot tubs, housekeeping services, bellman service (winter) and free use of ResortQuest's private on-call, door to door winter shuttle service.
