This upscale, luxurious three-level Cascades townhome affords the utmost privacy for vacationing families or small groups. Enjoy a quiet evening in the private large hot tub, with excellent mountain views, after a day on the slopes! Ideal for apres ski entertaining, this professionally decorated townhome features an expansive living/dining room appointed with deluxe furnishings, vaulted ceilings and gas log fireplace. There is a fully-equipped, top-quality kitchen (outfitted with oven, dishwasher, microwave) with a breakfast bar. This townhome is equipped with 4 televisions (new 26" combination TV/DVD's in the living room/Master bedroom/Queen Bedroom and a 32" TV/DVD on the lower level), cable TV, a DVD, VCR, stereo, free wireless Internet and a desk with a fax machine (located in the lower level). This residence is complete with a washer and dryer (detergent provided), endless-tankless hot water heater (plenty of hot water for everyone!) redwood deck and private two-car heated garage. The Steamboat Ski Area gondola is only three blocks away.
The Master Bedroom, located on the main level of the home, features a King bed and attached Master bath. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The remaining three bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. There is a spacious second living area on the lower level which features a Queen sleeper sofa. Two twin beds can be converted to a King bed upon request.
The amenities and services available for Cascades at EagleRidge guests include use of the community hot tubs, housekeeping services, bellman service (winter) and free use of ResortQuest's private on-call, door to door winter shuttle service.
