This upscale, luxury, two-level Cascades townhome affords the utmost privacy for vacationing families or small groups. Ideal for apres ski entertaining, this professionally decorated townhome features an expansive living/dining room appointed with deluxe furnishings, vaulted ceilings, and gas log fireplace. There is a fully-equipped, top-quality kitchen (outfitted with oven, dishwasher, microwave) with a breakfast bar. This townhome is equipped with cable TV, a DVD, VCR, stereo, and free wifi. Each residence is complete with a washer and dryer (detergent provided), redwood deck and private two-car heated garage. The Steamboat Ski Area gondola is only three blocks away.
The Master Bedroom features a King bed and attached Master bath. The second and third bedroom have Queen beds. The fourth bedroom has three twin beds (can be converted to a King bed upon request). There are two day beds with trundles in the den area. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The amenities and services available for Cascades at EagleRidge guests include use of the community hot tubs, housekeeping services, bellman service (winter) and free use of ResortQuest's private on-call, door to door winter shuttle service.
