This spacious, luxury townhome is the perfect lodging option for large families. The home is located just a block from the Steamboat Ski Area. Guests take pleasure in stunning views of the Steamboat Ski Area through nine-foot windows or from their private deck. Ideal for apres ski entertaining, this professionally decorated two-level townhome features an expansive living/dining room appointed with fine furnishings, cathedral ceilings and river rock, gas log fireplace. There is a fully-equipped, top-quality kitchen with a breakfast bar, laundry room with washer and dryer (detergent provided), complimentary wifi internet, TVs, DVD, stereo and a private, one-car garage.
The Master Bedroom features a Queen bed and attached bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a Queen bed and attached bath. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids with 2 sets of twin-sized bunk beds. There is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room.
Evergreens Townhomes Amenities and Services for our guests include an outdoor heated plunge pool, outdoor hot tub, housekeeping service, bell service (winter) and free use of ResortQuest's private on-call, door-to-door winter shuttle service.
