This spacious, luxury townhome is the perfect lodging option for large families. The home is located just a block from the Steamboat Ski Area. Guests take pleasure in stunning views of the Steamboat Ski Area through nine-foot windows or from their private deck. Ideal for apres ski entertaining, this professionally decorated three-level townhome features an expansive living/dining room, cathedral ceilings and a river rock, gas log fireplace. There is a fully-equipped, top-quality kitchen with stainless steel appliances and with a breakfast bar, laundry room with washer and dryer (detergent provided), flatscreen TVs, DVD, stereo, complimentary wifi internet, whirlpool baths and a private, one-car garage.
The spacious Master Bedroom is located on the top floor and features a King bed and sitting area. The Master bathroom has a large whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds which can be converted to a King bed upon request. The fourth bedroom is perfect for the kids with two sets of bunk beds.
Evergreens Townhomes Amenities and Services for our guests include an outdoor heated plunge pool, outdoor hot tub, housekeeping service, bell service (winter) and free use of ResortQuest's private on-call, door-to-door winter shuttle service.
