This spacious, luxury townhome is the perfect lodging option for large families. The home is located just a block from the Steamboat Ski Area. Guests take pleasure in stunning views of the Steamboat Ski Area through nine-foot windows or from their private deck. Ideal for apres ski entertaining, this professionally decorated three-level townhome features an expansive living/dining room appointed with fine furnishings, cathedral ceilings and gas log fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom. There is a fully-equipped, top-quality kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar, laundry room with washer and dryer (detergent provided), 5 flatscreen TVs, DVD, VCR, stereo, whirlpool baths, complimentary wifi internet, and a private, one-car garage.
The Spacious Master Bedroom is located on the top floor and is appointed with a King Bed, has a cozy gas fireplace and is complete with a sitting area. The attached Master Bathroom has double sinks, a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also furnished with a King bed and attached bath. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and the fourth bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds. There is not a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Evergreens Townhomes Amenities and Services for our guests include an outdoor heated plunge pool, outdoor hot tub, housekeeping service, bell service (winter) and free use of ResortQuest's private on-call, door-to-door winter shuttle service.
