Aspen Crest 1495 is a beautiful luxury townhome built with a spacious design allowing for comfortable mountain living with incredible mountain and valley views from large windows and private decks. Relax in front of the stone fireplace, enjoy the game room with beautiful pool table and wet bar or take the in the breath-taking views from the deck.
The home also has large flat screen TVs, a surround sound stereo system, complimentary wireless internet, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer (detergent provided), a heated driveway and two-car garage. Your toes will be toasty in the winter with radiant in-floor heating, and you'll stay cool in the summer with central air conditioning.
The large bedrooms on multiple levels have plenty of room and provide privacy and comfort for everyone. The Master Suite boasts a King bed and an attached bathroom complete with a large Jacuzzi tub and walk-in steam shower. The second and third bedrooms each have Queen beds. The fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. In the loft area there is a Queen sleeper sofa.
Aspen Crest guests also enjoy access to an outdoor heated pool, common area hot tubs, common area sauna, a small fitness room, housekeeping and concierge services, bell service (winter), and free use of ResortQuest's private on-call, door-to-door shuttle service.
