Concierge Services at Trappeur’s Crossing
Guests who book their Trappeur’s Crossing accommodations directly with Wyndham Vacation Rentals have full access to our Concierge services. Our team of experienced Concierges can assist with vacation planning, offer discounts on local activities, give insider tips and more.
Our Concierge Team can offer discounted lift tickets for guests who purchase a 3- to 8-day lift ticket at least 14 days prior to arrival. Pre-purchased lift tickets will be available at check-in. We can also offer discounted ski and snowboard rentals for our guests through our preferred equipment partners.
In addition to our complimentary skier shuttles and on-call winter guest shuttle, our Concierge Team can arrange shuttle transfers from either Denver International Airport (DEN) or the Steamboat/Hayden Airport (HDN) through our preferred transportation partners.
Each rental unit at Trappeur’s Crossing Resort features a fully equipped kitchen, including cooking and dining utensils. Our Concierge Team can arrange delivery of groceries, wine, beer and gourmet meals on the day of guests’ arrival. We can even book a private chef to cater an event, teach a private cooking class or simply prepare a healthy, delicious meal.
