Meetings & Events at Trappeur’s Crossing
Trappeur’s Crossing Resort & Spa offers flexible meeting space for conferences, ski clubs, family reunions and destination weddings in Steamboat Springs. Our facilities at Trappeur’s Crossing include a Conference Room and a Guest Reception Lounge with adjacent Poolside Patio. The Guest Reception Lounge and Poolside Patio offer 800 total square feet of function space, while the 962-square-foot conference room can be set up in a classroom, herringbone or boardroom configuration.
Groups using the conference room have access to a fully equipped kitchen on the same floor. The Reception Lounge offers a kitchenette and wet bar. Catering services are available for groups in either space.
Audio/visual equipment available for meetings at Trappeur’s Crossing include an LCD projector and screen, lectern with built-in sound system, telephone enabled for conference calls, television, VCR and DVD player. Additional A/V equipment may also be requested for a fee.
