Bucking Rainbow Outfitters
Bucking Rainbow Outfitters can accommodate beginners or experts! Choose from public water on the Yampa River, the tail waters of Stagecoach Reservoir, Sarvis Creek Wildlife Area, Steamboat Lake, Colorado River, unbelievable private tail water of Lake Catamount, or the scenic Buffalo Creek Ranch. They can provide you with all the gear you need (except flies and licenses) at no additional cost or you can use your own gear.
- Fishing is available on public or private waters - there is an additional fee for private water fishing, which goes to the landowners & a portion is used for stream improvements.
- Three fishing trips options are available with Bucking Rainbow - a 2-hour trip (located in town), half day trip (stream or lake), and a full day trip (stream or lake) - with six locations to choose from.
- Bucking Rainbow also offers fly fishing clinics that take place every day at the Lewin Trout Ranch. The three hour clinic includes learning how to tie knots, entomology, flycasting, and a little fishing! Lunch and gear are included in the clinic fee.
Henderson Fly Fishing
The professional, experienced guides at Henderson Fly Fishing offers fly fishing trips and instruction any time of year. Their private, uncrowded streams are some of the most productive trout waters in Colorado. Complete outfitting of fishing gear, including rods, reels, waders, boots, flies and terminal tackle, are provided to all participants. Henderson's friendly and informative guides ensure a memorable fly fishing experience for anglers of any skill.
