Tubing Information for the Yampa River in Steamboat Springs
The recommended minimum age for tubing is approximately 7 years old, and children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Tubing safety is at your discretion, but generally recommended for those strong enough to swim in the current across the river.
Tubing Cost
Tube rentals are typically $14-$17/day, and this price includes a life jacket & shuttle service back up the river.
Tubing Hours
10:30am-4:00pm for the commercial tube rental companies. Our concierge recommends starting your tubing adventure around 12:00-1:00pm.
