1. Lion Square Lodge at the Gondola

   Lion Square Lodge at the Gondola offers 5 meeting rooms with 5,700 square feet of function space. The Gore Creek and Columbine meeting rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, sweeping views of Vail Mountain and Gore Creek, and an outdoor deck that wraps along the entire perimeter of the east and south windows. The highly flexible Wildwood Room can be used as one large room or divided into three separate spaces: Wildwood West, Wildwood East and the Wildwood Foyer. The Wildwood Foyer is the perfect location for a group registration or a conference refreshment break space.

2. Montaneros in Vail

   Montaneros in Vail features a quaint meeting room, which is available May through October, for meetings of up to 50 people. For larger corporate groups and conferences, our sister property Lion Square Lodge offers function and meeting space for up to 200 people just steps away from Montaneros. Meeting planners may choose host events there, while attendees are comfortably accommodated in the 1- to 4-bedroom condominiums at Montaneros.
