Lion Square Lodge has event space for as many as 250 guests, while the Montaneros property offers a more intimate meeting room for gatherings of 50 guests or fewer. Our full-service group travel department can make all the arrangements, from airline reservations and airport transfers, to lift ticket purchases, activity planning and special rates on group lodging in Vail for every family member.

1. Lion Square Lodge at the Gondola

   Lion Square Lodge offers both Lodge Rooms and 1- to 5-bedroom condominiums. Lodge Rooms feature an in-room coffee maker and mini-refrigerator, along with plush bathrobes and Aveda bath properties. Condo-specific amenities include fully equipped kitchens, living room with gas fireplace a living, a bath for each bedroom, fireplace, and an outdoor balcony with a BBQ grill. The outdoor heated swimming pool, sauna and three outdoor hot tubs are available to all Lion Square Lodge guests.

2. Montaneros in Vail

   The beautiful accommodations at Montaneros in Vail range from 1- to 4-bedroom condominiums with full hotel services, including a front desk and daily housekeeping. These well-equipped condos are ideal for vacationing families, with each condominium offering a full kitchen, living room, fireplace, and private balcony with BBQ grill. Additional onsite amenities include an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna and covered parking.
