Since 1980, The Resort Company has been a renowned leader in resort property management. Our reputation for providing owners with exceptional service and results has set the standard in the industry.
All our properties have exceptional onsite staffing, including a General Manager, front desk check-in and an on-site concierge. Housekeeping and maintenance staff are also on site at each property, and we employ an in-house landscaping team. We promote a stable, safe, healthy and secure work environment for our employees, and our property management hospitality staff tenure averages 11 years with us.
Our in-house refurbishing department assists Homeowners with renovating their individual units. Four full-time refurbishing coordinators manage the entire process, whether a simple remodel or a complete remodel.
The Resort Company accounting departments include controllers and accountants who assist Homeowners with all aspects of property management, accounting and financial planning.
