We fully realize that you are interested in generating rental revenue to help offset some of the costs of your investment. We produce detailed monthly owner statements and send rental income checks by the end of the following month. Owners may choose to receive statements electronically or by mail.
All of our properties have exceptional onsite staffing, including front desk check-in, as well as a concierge and General Manager present on the property. We employ onsite housekeeping and maintenance staff, plus in-house landscaping teams.
To evaluate our guests’ experiences with us, we offer the opportunity to rate our service levels following each stay. Comment cards are an important tool we use to understand where we are successful and to identify opportunities for growth.
