Is it better to make reservations online or by telephone?
Booking online is quick and easy. You can search all of our Vail vacation rentals and filter the results by property type, location, number of bedrooms and amenities. Availability is displayed in real time for every property. Additional discounts may be available by booking online, and special offers can be booked simply by entering a Promo Code. We do recommend you call our reservations line directly if you have a special request.

Where do I check-in and pick up my keys?
Check in onsite at the property’s front desk for Lion Square Lodge, Montaneros and Simba Run.

What time is check-in/check-out?
Lion Square Lodge
Check-in time at Lion Square Lodge is 4:00pm.
Upon your arrival at Lion Square Lodge, you are welcome to approach the front desk regarding the possibility of early check-in. If your unit is ready upon your arrival, we will be happy to check you in. However, early check-ins cannot be guaranteed.
Check-out time in winter is 10:00am, and 11:00am in summer.
You may call the front desk the morning of your departure to request a late check-out, the latest check-out time without being charged is 12:00pm (noon). The Housekeeping Department must have adequate time to thoroughly clean all units to prepare them for the next arrival. Upon check-out, you may place your luggage in your car and leave your car parked in the underground garage until you are ready to depart the resort. Late check-outs cannot be guaranteed.
Montaneros
Check-in time at Montaneros is 4:00pm.
Upon your arrival to Montaneros, you are welcome to approach the front desk regarding the possibility of early check-in. If your unit is ready upon your arrival, we will be happy to check you in. However, early check-ins cannot be guaranteed.
Check-out time at Montaneros is 10:00am.

What are your hours of operation?
The front desk at Lion Square Lodge is open 24 hours a day.
The front desk at Montaneros is open 7:00am to 10:00pm during the ski season. Summer hours are 8:00am to 10:00pm. Off season hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm.
The front desk at Simba Run is open 7:00am to 11:00pm during ski season. Summer hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm. Off-season hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm.

How can I cancel my reservation?
To cancel a reservation, you must call us directly and speak with a Reservations Agent. Please note that cancellation fees may apply. To avoid cancellation fees, consider Vacation Rental Insurance.

What is Vacation Rental Insurance?
The purpose of Vacation Rental Insurance is to provide protection for travelers against the unique risks associated with travel. Do you offer shuttle service from the airport?
We do not offer shuttle service from the airport to our properties. However, our Reservations staff, front desk or Concierge can assist with airport transfers for your group with a local provider.

Do you accommodate pets?
No. To protect our homeowners and guests with allergies, pets are not allowed at our properties at any time. Service dogs are permitted to accompany guests with disabilities in accordance with ADA regulations.
If you plan to travel with a pet, contact our Concierge before you arrive for information on local kennels and to arrange for pet-boarding services during your stay.
