About this home: Grand Oceanside Single Family Home - Great for Family Gatherings! Built in 2009, this beach home was designed as a place for large families to comfortably stay and enjoy each other's company. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Bethany and just a short walk to the boardwalk, beach, shopping, dining and more! Each bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom - offering privacy and convenience.



  • First Floor: The first floor consists of the living and dining areas, well-equipped kitchen, two half baths, screened porch, washer, dryer and bedroom with queen. The kitchen is a culinary delight with state-of-the-art appliances, granite countertops, double oven and all the comforts of home. There are two dining areas off the kitchen and living room, respectively, so that families may enjoy meals together.

  • Second Floor: Upstairs, on the second level, you will find a separate living area that opens up to living room below, equipped with 42" flat screen TV. Six bedrooms (3 with queens and 3 with 2 singles each) are on the 2nd level. There is also another washer and dryer on this floor.

  • Top Floor: The top floor has 4 bedrooms (1 with a trundle bed, 2 with queens and 1 with a double Futon and TV). Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on either the front or back deck on the top level. The back deck has a view of the Bethany Loop Canal. Each bedroom is themed for the beach!

  • Added Features: Environmentally-efficient geothermal heating and air conditioning, parking for up to 6 cars, first floor surround sound system (speakers on each of the 3 upstairs decks and front first floor porch), multiple refrigerators available (one each on 2nd and 3rd floors) for convenient storage of cool beverages, wireless Internet, 2 private outdoor showers, gas fireplace and gas grill. Plus, 3 TVs, 2 DVDs.
