About this home: Beautiful beach house in Bethany Beach located on a great street only TWO blocks from the beach on the oceanside of Route 1. Also, the street is two blocks from the street where the Boardwalk starts and is a short four block walk to the downtown/main street area of Bethany Beach. Built just four years ago, there are five total bedrooms including three large master bedrooms with bathrooms en suite.
There is a fun kids room with two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4) with tons of kids movies and a Wii gaming system. The remaining bedroom has two full size beds and also could sleep four. Finally, there is a queen sofabed in the living room for extra guests. The home is well outfitted with a gas grill, gas fireplace, big screen TV with surround sound and high-speed wireless Internet. There are two screened porches, two outdoor decks, and two outdoor showers, so no waiting when coming back from the beach. A true family beach house with something for everyone!
Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. Parking: 3 under home and 2 in driveway. No smoking. No pets.
