About this home: Completely renovated 5-bedroom, 3-bath beach home (2012)! New wooden floors, carpeting, freshly painted and decorated, designed for comfort and relaxation! Everything in this house is new - furniture, bedding, quilts, down blankets, showers, bathtubs, fixtures, flat screen TVs, DVDs, kitchen appliances and dishes!
Large kitchen with island great for entertaining and family gatherings (granite countertops, stainless steel refrigerator with two ice makers, stove and dishwasher and antiqued wooden cabinets). Large wooden table for meals.
There is a new 51" flatscreen plasma TV mounted in family room. Four of five bedrooms offer TVs as well (master is 42 inches, three others are 32 inches), two Blu-Ray DVD players and iPod player with speakers. More than 80 channels on cable. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan, except the bunk bed room. New HVAC (two zones), windows, doors, roof, siding, sand fencing. Each room has built in lighting as well.
Huge screened in porch in back of house, filled with comfortable new beach wicker furniture great for relaxing/reading a book, overhead fan, another table for eating/playing games. Another table for eating with seating for six.
Sun deck with gas grill (Weber). Chaise lounge chairs for getting a few extra minutes in the sun.
Parking for 5 cars. New outdoor shower with lighting.
